When using our services, such as renting an office space or a PO box, booking a meeting room or flexplace or when requesting information, we collect personal data (name, company name, address, email address, telephone number). To draw up a rental contract, we also collect a copy of the main tenant’s passport or identity card, an extract from the Chamber of Commerce and the VAT number. These data are stored in our system for the benefit of the tenants, the services and the financial administration. We also ask for your company logo. We place these on our website and the digital information boards in our building to show which companies are located at ZAPP office. If the rent ends, we will remove your logo again.
We work together with our partners. This concerns some intermediaries who mediate in the rental of our facilities. They receive a copy of the contract if you have come to us via an intermediary. If we pass on your personal data to these partners/third parties, we ask the recipients to protect your personal data. However, your personal data is also subject to the law of the jurisdiction that applies to our partners/third parties.
ZAPP office carefully and securely stores your data so that unauthorised persons cannot access personal data. We follow the generally accepted technical standards for the protection of personal data.

It is possible to request an overview of your data. You can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish. Furthermore, you can use this way to request ZAPP office to remove or correct the data if the data is incorrect or irrelevant.
