ZAPP is a modern office building with flexible workstations, offices, meeting rooms to the rental of an entire exclusive floor. The creative-business decor, modern glass elevator and transparent walls provide ample inspiration to entrepreneurs in our business center. The office building of ZAPP office in Rotterdam consists of five layers: 4 floors of offices and the entrance with manned reception and waiting area at the same level as the parking deck.

Inspiring contemporary business center
The building is modern with contemporary clean concrete walls and ceilings and is suitable for renting workstations per day, rooms per month up to a year or the rent of a whole exclusive floor. Per floor there are public facilities for joint use and the building has a lovely waterfront terrace bordering directly on a small lake.

Office spaces
At every floor there are offices for rent of different sizes. On the 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd floor you will find the ZAPP offices. The business center offers the possibility to rent office units from one workplace of about 10 square meter up to about 164 square meter. The office units are “plug and play” completed and it is important to know that all the rooms can be rented with a notice period of only one calendar month! The 4_th floor is approximately 675 square meter and can be rented as a whole or a half floor.

Flex work spots and meeting rooms
There are tastefully furnished rooms to rent for meetings or to hold a creative brainstorming session. These can be booked if you rent an office at ZAPP office, but also if you have a flex work spot or would like to meet externally in an alternative, inspiring environment. Tenants of a meeting room or a flex workspot can already make use of the ZAPP office facilities by reduction of an hour.

The entire building is equipped with fiber optic internet and wifi. The building includes a total of 48 parking spaces.
