A board meeting or more informal brainstorming? We rent several conference meeting rooms in our modern and contemporary business center. The spaces can be used for meetings, work sessions with project groups, presentations, celebrations, events, coaching and training sessions and workshops. Rental is already possible for the minimum of one hour. The entire building is equipped with fiber optic internet and wifi and of course we offer catering.

On the 1st, 2ndand 3td floor of the ZAPP office building in Rotterdam are meeting rooms that are tastefully furnished to set the tone for the development of creative ideas. Each meeting room is decorated differently and can be booked as required. The meeting rooms are suited for 1-8 perseons and have a panoramic view of the residential area Fascinatio.
ZAPP office Gold Room
The Gold Room is a beautiful room with upholstered walls with a golden hue. Thanks to the large conference table with eight design chairs the Gold Room is ideal for meetings, work sessions and project presentations. The windows provide a pleasant light and sweeping views of the residential area Fascinatio.

ZAPP office Coach Rooms
ZAPP office offers 2 rooms that are suitable for coachings and small meetings. Both are situated on the 2nd floor.
The first one, ZAPP coachroom is suitable for coachings and small meetings for 2 persons. For only €12,50 an hour this room is for you! Are you a coach or a mediator and do you want to welcome your client in a tastful and professional space? Than book the well prices Coach Room. It’s a small office of 15 square feet, with lots of light and on the 2nd floor.
There are two comfortable seats and a sidetable. Our hostess will welcome your clients at the ZAPP office reception desk and they can wait in our waiting area. A bottle of water is included and also flipover and whiteboard is free to use.
Meet stylish in the ZAPP Office Board Room
The Board Room combines distinctive design with the elegance that you expect from a board room. The space is equipped with a beautiful wooden conference table with twelve comfortable armchairs, a large LED screen, a projector and espresso machines. The Board Room is suitable for meetings with larger groups for project work sessions, presentations and workshops. The windows offer beautiful natural light and sweeping views of greenery and water situated in one of Rotterdam’s foremost business parks.
Book the Board Room for 12 people for only 150 euros per session (4 hours)! Or € 50, – per hour.

Rotterdam City Centre approx 10 minutes drive and Rotterdam The Hague Airport is 30 minutes away by car. The property is beautifully situated on the waterfront. In good weather you can make use of our terrace. And we have plenty of parking spaces.
